Hi, and welcome to Legacy Craft! We're a made-to-order business built around a genuine love of cars, motorcycles, and everything mechanical, and we're glad you're here. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Legacy Craft. We operate this store and website, including all the content, features, tools, products, and services that make up your shopping experience (the "Services"). We're powered by Shopify, which helps us bring the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and ours when you use the Services. We've tried to keep things clear and human, but please give this a proper read — it includes important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, browsing, or using our Services, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use or access the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you're confirming that you're at least the age of majority where you live, and that you've given permission for any minor dependents to use our Services on devices you own or manage.

To shop with us, we may ask for information like your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. We ask that everything you share is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please don't sell, transfer, or license your account to anyone else.

Section 2 — Our Products

We put real care into representing our designs accurately, but colors and details can look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings. We can't guarantee that a finished product will meet your expectations or look exactly as depicted in our store. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may discontinue an item or limit quantities at our discretion.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you're making us an offer to purchase — we confirm it once we've received and processed your payment. Because each piece is made specifically for you, please review your order carefully before submitting: once an order is accepted, we're unable to make changes or accept cancellation requests. If we're ever unable to accept, need to adjust, or have to cancel your order, we'll reach out using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

Section 4 — Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without notice — the price you're charged is the one shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email. Listed prices don't include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless we say otherwise, and prices here may differ from other stores or channels. Promotions may carry their own separate terms, which take priority if they conflict with these Terms.

Please keep your payment and account details current. By checking out, you confirm that your payment information is accurate, that you're authorized to use it, and that you'll cover all charges incurred, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything that makes up our Services — trademarks, brand elements, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and the overall design and arrangement — belongs to Legacy Craft, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under applicable patent, copyright, and other IP laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Please don't reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit this material without our prior written consent. Nothing here grants any other license or right under our (or Shopify's or any third party's) patents, trademarks, copyrights, or IP — we reserve all rights not expressly given to you. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state IP laws.

Legacy Craft's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks (or those of our affiliates/licensors) — please don't use them without written permission. Shopify's branding belongs to Shopify, and any other names or marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may occasionally give you access to tools provided by third parties. We don't control or monitor these, and we offer access "as is" and "as available," without warranty or endorsement. Use of these tools is entirely at your own risk — we'd recommend getting familiar with the relevant provider's own terms first. Any new features or tools we add later are also covered by these Terms.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Our Services may link to websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, so clicking through is at your own risk. Please review a third party's policies before transacting with them, and direct any complaints or concerns about third-party sites to them directly.

Section 9 — Our Relationship with Shopify

Legacy Craft is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Legacy Craft. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Legacy Craft, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Legacy Craft.

Section 10 — Privacy

Everything we collect about you is handled under our Privacy Policy, and some information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. Because our Services run on Shopify, they process some of your personal information to help provide and improve the Services — including sharing certain data with trusted partners, who may be located in other countries. Section 11 — Your Feedback

We genuinely love hearing from you. If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, proposals, or any other content ("Feedback"), you're giving us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium and for any purpose, including commercially — for example, to help us operate, improve, and promote the Services.

We're not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, pay you for it, or respond to it, though we always appreciate hearing your thoughts, and we may review, edit, or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

By sharing Feedback, you confirm it's genuinely yours to share (or that you hold the necessary rights), that you've disclosed any compensation you received for it, and that it won't violate anyone's rights or contain anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, or malicious. Please don't use a false identity or mislead us about where your Feedback is coming from — you're responsible for what you share.

We're only human — occasionally a price, description, or shipping detail may contain an error. We reserve the right to correct these, update information, or cancel an affected order, even after it's been submitted.

We want the Services to be a great experience for everyone, so please only access or use them lawfully. That means not using the Services to: act unlawfully or maliciously; violate applicable laws or regulations; infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's; harass, abuse, defame, or harm our employees or other people; share false or misleading information; upload material that breaks these Terms; send spam or unsolicited promotional material; impersonate someone else; or otherwise interfere with anyone's enjoyment of the Services or expose us or others to liability.

We also ask that you don't: upload viruses or malicious code; reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, or resell any part of the Services; collect or track others' personal information; use deceptive tactics like phishing; use bots, scrapers, AI tools, or other automated means to access the Services without authorization; or bypass or interfere with our security measures. If we determine you've violated any part of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice.

Section 14 — Automated Agents

If you use, enable, or allow an "Agent" — any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on your behalf without direct supervision — to access or interact with our Services, it needs to follow a few rules. It must identify itself as an Agent in every request by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string. It must not conceal that it's an Agent — for example, by mimicking human behavior or bypassing CAPTCHAs — and it must answer truthfully if asked whether it's a bot. It also can't circumvent any measures we put in place to control Agent access. We may restrict, including through technical means, how Agents interact with the Services, and may decline to let a specific Agent access them.

We may end this agreement or your access to the Services at our discretion and without notice, though you'd remain responsible for anything owed up to that point. Some sections naturally continue to apply after termination, including those covering Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and other standard provisions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL LEGACY CRAFT, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

Section 18 — Indemnification

If a claim, loss, or liability arises from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or someone else's rights, or your use of the Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legacy Craft, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers — including reasonable attorneys' fees owed to a third party.

We'll do our best to notify you of any such claim (a delay in notifying you won't remove your obligations unless it genuinely disadvantages you). We may handle the defense and settlement ourselves, at your expense, including choosing counsel — but we won't settle in a way that requires something non-monetary from you without your reasonable consent. We'll expect your cooperation, including providing relevant documents.

Section 19 — If a Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold Up

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the fullest extent allowed, and it won't affect the validity of the rest of the Terms.

Section 20 — Entire Agreement

If we don't exercise or enforce a right or provision here on any occasion, that's not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies we've posted, make up the entire agreement between us regarding the Services, and replace any prior agreements or discussions, written or spoken. If anything here is ambiguous, it won't be interpreted against whichever of us drafted it.

Section 21 — Assignment

You can't transfer or assign this agreement or your rights under it without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without needing your consent or notifying you.

Section 22 — Governing Law

These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide the Services, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Legacy Craft is headquartered. You and Legacy Craft agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts there.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes here, so it's worth checking back occasionally. Continuing to use the Services after changes go live means you're accepting the update.
