At Legacy Craft, every piece is made just for you. From the moment your design is chosen to the moment it's printed, packed, and shipped, your order is a one-of-one — created specifically to your request rather than pulled off a shelf. That's what lets us keep our automotive and engineering-inspired designs sharp, detailed, and true to the original artwork, and it's why we're able to keep offering new designs without piles of unsold stock going to waste.

Because of this made-to-order process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. We know that's a big commitment to ask of you, so here's exactly how we make sure you feel good about it anyway.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Each item enters production shortly after you order it. Your design is printed, cut, and prepared individually — there's no shared inventory to restock or resell. That's what makes every Legacy Craft piece feel exclusive, but it also means once an order is placed, it can't be undone or reworked.

Before You Order

Since we can't make changes once production starts, take a moment to double-check before you check out:

Order Cancellations

Because production begins almost immediately, we're unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding, and we design our process this way so we can get your piece into production — and into your hands — as quickly as possible.
